A large national trucking company was looking for an interactive weather dashboard for use by dispatchers to help route their fleet around adverse weather and prevent supply chain disruption, including rig rolls associated with disruptive and dangerous weather events.
The solution was an interactive dashboard with individual truck locations geolocated over current and future weather conditions. Dashboard included typical weather parameters like radar, weather alerts, etc. but also customized and exclusive Monarch impacted-driven models like a specific Crosswind Model for preventing rig rolls. System would be used by dispatchers who would communicate with truck drivers regarding weather risks to alert them to take action like pull over, take shelter, and adjust or delay supply chain routes to avoid bad weather completely.
